Some decanting and maturing will be good.

Chateau Lafite Rothschild 2009 Chateau Lafite Rothschild 2009 (Pauillac, Bordeaux France) Alc 13.5%, 82.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 0.5% Petit Verdot Full Bodied yet full and fresh. Dark fruits, liquorice, masculine yet elegant. It will definitely be more rewarding to enjoy after another 20-30 years of ageing.

1997 Château Haut-Brion 1997 Château Haut-Brion (Graves, Pessac Léognan Bordeaux, France) Alc 13%, 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 20% Cabernet franc 1997 is not the best vintage but the bouquet and taste is still captivating. Traces of oak barrel, damp earth, berries, vanilla and hint of mint. Medium bodied, gentle and charming.

2005 Château Mouton Rothschild 2005 Château Mouton Rothschild (Pauillac, France) Alc 15.5%. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot, Cabernet Franc Fresh and fleshy red fruits and subtle juniper berries. Classic in style but need ageing to bring our it's finesse.

2007 Chateau Margaux 2007 Chateau Margaux (Bordeaux, France) Alc 13%, 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc Medium-bodied with plums, currants, graphite and subtle spices. Need some more ageing to release its potential.
