RISSIMO Junmai Daiginjo RISSIMO Junmai Daiginjo (Matsumoto Sake Brewing Co., Ltd, Kyoto, Japan) 100% Aiyama Rice, 45% Polished, Alc 15% Clear, tint of light greenish yellow with light fizz. Floral, pear, apple and cider nose. Almost like a chardonnay with light fizzy feel. Nashi pear, citrus and hint of acidity. Enjoyable on it's own or pair well with seafood.

Pour into Chardonnay glass, clear with pale yellow-greenish hue and lengthy legs. Cantaloupe and muscat grapes on the nose. Bright forward acidity, crisp and silky, light to medium bodied. Peach, pear and subtle honey nose. Mild and elegant acidity, slightly sweet and long finish. Overall, medium bodied, good to drink alone or pair with winter cuisines.
