Tatenokawa (Nature-H Kimoto) (Limited Brew - June 2017, Yamagata)
100% Organic Rice from Yamagata, 50% Polished.

Pour into Chardonnay glass, clear with pale yellow-greenish hue and lengthy legs.
Cantaloupe and muscat grapes on the nose.
Bright forward acidity, crisp and silky, light to medium bodied.
The acidity is approachable, round and mouth filling.
Drink easy on it's own or pair with white meat dishes.
