Ugo No Tsuki Hattan Junmai Daiginjo (Limited Brew – October, Hiroshima)
100% Hattan Nishiki Rice, 45% Polished

Pour into wine glass, clear colour, long legs indicating slight sweeter note.
Peach, pear and subtle honey nose.
Mild and elegant acidity, slightly sweet and long finish.

Overall, medium bodied, good to drink alone or pair with winter cuisines.
