100% Gohyakumangoku Rice, 50% Polished

The sake was originally packed in jar/urn, sake will be served using a ladle.
The shipping and transportation makes it troublesome, therefore bottle type are made available.

Pleasant nose of pear and apricot with subtle musky note.
Medium dryness and paired easy with Chinese cuisine.
