醸し人九平次 ワイン樽熟成 (Burgundy Barrel Aged, DAMY)
100% Yamadanishiki Rice, 50% Polished, Alc 15%

Golden Pour.
Hawthorn, ripe figs and oak bouquet.
Medium, fig, apricot and subtle honey, slightly dry sweet on finishing.
Close to tasting an aged white burgundy wine.
