100% Yamada Nishiki Rice, 50% Polished

Pour into Riedel Chardonnay Glass, clear and pale yellow.
Nose has distinctive floral, nectarine, white peach and subtle grapefruit peels.
Medium bodied, smooth texture, bright acidity, pears & peaches.
Great on its own and also paired well with light lasting dishes.
