RISSIMO Junmai Daiginjo (Matsumoto Sake Brewing Co., Ltd, Kyoto, Japan)
100% Aiyama Rice, 45% Polished, Alc 15%

Clear, tint of light greenish yellow with light fizz.
Floral, pear, apple and cider nose.
Almost like a chardonnay with light fizzy feel.
Nashi pear, citrus and hint of acidity.
Enjoyable on it's own or pair well with seafood.

1842 Island Imperial IPA 1842 Island Imperial IPA (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) Pour from 330ml bottle to glass. Cloudy amber tone with one inch head. Piney, caramel and fresh hop bouquet. Medium plus~ish, slight sweet on the finishing. Overall, a bold IPA almost like a DIPA. Spice, candied laced hoppy IPA.
