gwei.lo IPA gwei.lo IPA (Gweilo Brewery) Clear copper, one finger head with little lacing. Floral and Hoppy. Piney, malty and crispy on mouthfeel. Overall, an average IPA.

Young Master Hak Mo Sheung Barrel Aged Raspberry Imperial Stout Young Master 黑無常 BA Raspberry Imperial Stout (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) Espresso black, opaque, almost no head, good amount of lace. Smoked sour cherry nose. Syrup~y, burnt toast, smoky on palate. Overall, not my favourite version of Imperial Stout but adventurous to try.

Young Master Classic Pale Ale   Young Master Classic Pale Ale (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) 330ml bottle to glass, hazy orange, one finger head with some lacing. Zesty, pineapple and subtle pine nose. Mango, pineapple, piney and light acidity finishing touch. Overall, slightly complex pale ale, suitable for daily consumption.

1842 Island Imperial IPA

1842 Island Imperial IPA 1842 Island Imperial IPA (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) Pour from 330ml bottle to glass. Cloudy amber tone with one inch head. Piney, caramel and fresh hop bouquet. Medium plus~ish, slight sweet on the finishing. Overall, a bold IPA almost like a DIPA. Spice, candied laced hoppy IPA.

Pegasus Bay Pinot Noir 2013   Pegasus Bay Pinot Noir 2013 (Waipara, New Zealand) 100% Pinot Noir Fruity and Floral Nose. Raspberry, rose petal, plum, subtle oak & ginger spices. Rounded, velvety and refreshing. Bright acidity giving it a light to medium bodied finish.

Tatenokawa [ Nature-H ~Kimoto ~(ナチュルフ キモト) ]

楯野川  Nature-H ~Kimoto ~(ナチュルフ キモト)   Tatenokawa (Nature-H Kimoto) (Limited Brew - June 2017, Yamagata) 100% Organic Rice from Yamagata, 50% Polished. Pour into Chardonnay glass, clear with pale yellow-greenish hue and lengthy legs. Cantaloupe and muscat grapes on the nose. Bright forward acidity, crisp and silky, light to medium bodied. The acidity is approachable, round and mouth filling. Drink easy on it's own or pair with white meat dishes. http://www.tatenokawa.jp/ja/sake/
