Kukmin IPA   Kukmin IPA (The Booth Brewing Co., South Korea) ABV: 7% Bottle to glass, mango amber, slightly cloudy, half inch head, medium lacing. Pineapple, honey, hop and resin. Light carbonation, pine and resin. Overall, good IPA.

Fat Yak Pale Ale   Fat Yak Pale Ale (Victoria, Australia) ABV: 4.5% IBU: 25 Drank from both drafted and 345ml bottle. Clear Copper Amber with little carbonation, one finger head and no lacing. Nose and palate are both flat, lacks complexity given that Aussie takes pride making good craft beer. Overall, I would choose other APA given a choice.

Fury & Son Pale Ale   Fury & Son Pale Ale (Victoria, Australia) ABV: 5.2% IBU: 30 Light cloudy amber, half inch head with nice amount of lacing. A refreshing APA with all elements of malt, hop, floral and mango.

MOON DOG OLD MATE   MOON DOG OLD MATE (Victoria, Australia) ABV: 5.0% IBU: 22 Amber, slight cloudy with two fingers of head. Pine and Citrus peels. Clean and refreshing, also good along with any food.

Hawkers IPA   Hawkers IPA (Victoria, Australia) ABV: 6.5% IBU: 70 A random purchase from a bottle shop at Queen Victoria Market. Drink from 330ml bottle. Well-structured IPA with pine, grapefruit, passion fruits, pleasant bitterness and crisp. A very enjoyable if you are an IPA lover.

Dappled 2015 Single Vineyard "La Petanque" Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay   Dappled 2015 Single Vineyard "La Petanque" (Mornington Peninsula, Australia) 100% Chardonnay James Halliday 95 Points An extraordinary chardonnay from Mornington Peninsular. Lively and rich nose of honey, apricot, mango and peach; Lovely hint of oak. Complex yet elegant, bright acidity and hint sweetness at finish.

4 Pines Pale Ale 4 Pines Pale Ale (NSW, Australia) ABV: 5.1% IBU: 35 Amber, orange, slightly cloudy, low carbonation with almost no head. Piney, resin and floral nose. Silky, hoppy, subtle orange grapefruit peels. Overall, an enjoyable American style Pale Ale.

Kuheiji 醸し人九平 Junmai Daiginjo Eau Du Désir 2016   Kuheiji Junmai Daiginjo Eau Du Désir 2016 (Aichi Prefecture, Japan) 100% Yamada Nishiki Rice, 50% Polished Pour into Riedel Chardonnay Glass, clear and pale yellow. Nose has distinctive floral, nectarine, white peach and subtle grapefruit peels. Medium bodied, smooth texture, bright acidity, pears & peaches. Great on its own and also paired well with light lasting dishes.

Jade Emperor 玉皇大帝 IPA   Jade Emperor IPA (Moonzen Brewery, Hong Kong) Deep amber, cloudy, almost no head. Floral, piney and citrusy nose. Medium bodied, malty, bitter & dry at finish. Overall, a dry IPA good for food pairing.

Chateau Lafleur Saint-Jean 2007 Chateau Lafleur Saint-Jean 2007 (Pomerol, France) 95% Merlot 5% Cabernet Franc Garnet and light brownish hue. Red fruits, earthy, spice on nose. Thin on palate after uncorking. After 30 minutes decanting, brighter acidity, more round tannins, subtle earth, graphite, cedar and hints of tea.
