Bass Phillip Crown Prince Pinot Noir 2011   Bass Phillip Crown Prince Pinot Noir 2011(Gippsland, Victoria, Australia) Alc 12.3% Gary Walsh 91, James Halliday 92 Light garnet, copper and tea tone. Elegant nose, rose garden, forest floor, soothing sweet oak. Plush acidity and tannin. Gentle and captivating Pinot. Drank in 2018, past the recommended drinking year for an entry pinot. Personally, I think it is drinking beautiful now. The aroma of rose petals and strawberries fill the nose. The acidity holds the wine well, therefore wine is drinkable even after 7 years.
