Alc 14.5%, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 100 Awards, RP 93, JS 92

Produced in small batches with the best cabernet sauvignon grapes in their vineyards.
Complex yet elegant, polished, well-structured and silky tannins.
Graphite nose with spices (Cloves & Pepper), approachable now with 7 years ageing.
Definitely, able to develop further for another 15 years.

1842 Island Imperial IPA 1842 Island Imperial IPA (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) Pour from 330ml bottle to glass. Cloudy amber tone with one inch head. Piney, caramel and fresh hop bouquet. Medium plus~ish, slight sweet on the finishing. Overall, a bold IPA almost like a DIPA. Spice, candied laced hoppy IPA.
