Cloudy Bay Chardonnay 2015 Cloudy Bay Chardonnay 2015 (Marlborough, New Zealand) Alc 13.1%, 100% Chardonnay (1 Year, French Oak Barrel) Perfume of spring flowers, honey and lemon rinds. Mouthfeel is balanced, rich and elegant with zesty flavour and subtle hint of bergamot. Displayed of good amount of acidity, great for food pairing and will age for another 10 years.

Sibeh Ho Witbier   Sibei Ho Witbier (Archipelago Brewery, Singapore) ABV: 4.2% Cloudy golden, half inch head. Malty barley nose. Malty and flat, low carbonation. Typical Witbier style, ideal for a hot day.

LAURENT PERRIER La Cuvée Brut Champagne LAURENT PERRIER La Cuvée Brut Champagne Alc 12%, Chardonnay >50% Pinot Noir >30% Rounded out with Meunier 10~20% White flowers and fruits on nose. Fleshy white fruits and bright acidity coming through, with subtle toasty notes. Balance and pleasant on the mouthfeel, keeps one drinking non-stop. This champagne was drunk at the Executive Lounge, Conrad Centennial Singapore, during the evening cocktail session. It was perfect for any food pairing.

Mahanakhon White Ale     Mahanakhon White Ale (Redpoint Brewing Company, Thailand) ABV: 5.2% Golden, almost no head. Light citrus, pineapple nose. Light tropical fruity taste with low carbonation.
