Alc 12%, Chardonnay >50% Pinot Noir >30% Rounded out with Meunier 10~20%

White flowers and fruits on nose.
Fleshy white fruits and bright acidity coming through, with subtle toasty notes.
Balance and pleasant on the mouthfeel, keeps one drinking non-stop.

This champagne was drunk at the Executive Lounge, Conrad Centennial Singapore, during the evening cocktail session. It was perfect for any food pairing.
