On the nose, plenty of dark fruits like cassis and blackcurrant. Subtle graphite.
Full bodied loaded with dark fruits, medium acidity with ageing potential up to 20 years.

1842 Island Imperial IPA 1842 Island Imperial IPA (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) Pour from 330ml bottle to glass. Cloudy amber tone with one inch head. Piney, caramel and fresh hop bouquet. Medium plus~ish, slight sweet on the finishing. Overall, a bold IPA almost like a DIPA. Spice, candied laced hoppy IPA.
