The Gask is sourced from a single plot of Shiraz nestled into the eastern slope of
Mount McKenzie in Eden Valley.
Crimson with light orange tint on the rim.
Liquorice, ripe cherries, blackcurrant, earthy mushroom, mint and spice.
Intense berries, yea, floral oak and a hint of mint.
Well-structured and composed, silky tannin, medium plus and lengthy finish.
Good for drinking now and ageing with bring out another different style to this Shiraz.
