Alc 14%, 80% Syrah, 17% Mourvedre and 3% Grenache.

Muted box of red fruits, oak, tobacco.
Medium to full-bodied, tannin and cherry.
Decanted for 1 hour showing no improvement on nose and palate.
This wine need more cellaring.

1842 Island Imperial IPA 1842 Island Imperial IPA (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) Pour from 330ml bottle to glass. Cloudy amber tone with one inch head. Piney, caramel and fresh hop bouquet. Medium plus~ish, slight sweet on the finishing. Overall, a bold IPA almost like a DIPA. Spice, candied laced hoppy IPA.
