Alc 11.5%, Riesling 100%

Aromatics of lemon/orange rind, ginger, granny smith and chalk.
Hits the palate with bright but soothing acidity suggesting taste of
lemon meringue, key lime custard, granny smith apples.
Enjoyable now but will benefit more with 5-7 years of cellaring.
