Alc 11.5%, 100% Riesling

Tasted at cellar door and this was one of their library wine.
Pale Amber.
Toasty, lime peel, subtle turpene and cheese.
Mellow acidity and well balanced.

1842 Island Imperial IPA 1842 Island Imperial IPA (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) Pour from 330ml bottle to glass. Cloudy amber tone with one inch head. Piney, caramel and fresh hop bouquet. Medium plus~ish, slight sweet on the finishing. Overall, a bold IPA almost like a DIPA. Spice, candied laced hoppy IPA.
