醉心(すいしん) SUISHIN Junmai Daiginjo SUISHIN Junmai Daiginjo (Suisin Yamane Honten Co.,Ltd, Hiroshima, Japan) 100% Yamadanishiki Rice (Hiroshima), 50% Polished, Alc 17% Clear, Riesling colour. Freshness of apple, Japanese nashi pear, melon and nectarine. Mellow mouth feel, soft cream with apple tart. Mineral and slightly dry on the finish.
