Alc 13.5%, 100% Pinot Noir

Orange and ruby, clear hue.
Rose petals and strawberry sweetness on the nose.
Light to medium bodied with balanced acidity.
Fairly short finishing with some hint of raspberry and strawberry.

1842 Island Imperial IPA 1842 Island Imperial IPA (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) Pour from 330ml bottle to glass. Cloudy amber tone with one inch head. Piney, caramel and fresh hop bouquet. Medium plus~ish, slight sweet on the finishing. Overall, a bold IPA almost like a DIPA. Spice, candied laced hoppy IPA.
