Medium straw, fine bubbles.
Lemon sherbet, cream, kamquat nose.
Semi-dry, hint of biscuit note, lengthy acidity. (Wine of the day at tasting.)

Clear pale straw.
Sweet honeysuckle, picking up guava, passionfruit.
Dry, mineral, wet stones, lengthy finish with guava and mandarin peel.

Lime and passionfruit, whiff of peach and lychee.
Light to medium dry, finish of with citrus rinds.

Ruby, light pink rim.
Bold full red fruits and vanilla oak.
Medium finish with lingering cherry note.

Red cherry and strawberry.
Medium, slighty dry, hints of oak and spices, finish off slight dry with vanilla.

Deep ruby.
Peppery nose with some dried red fruits.
Blackberries and spice and elegant acidity that balance up the whole palate.
