Renaissance Paradox Pilsner, Renaissance Brewing (Marlborough, New Zealand)
ABV 4%

330ml pour into tulip glass.
Cloudy straw, tall head, last two minutes, fine and coarse bubbles, lasting lacing.
Tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, whiff of floral, citrus peel and hop.
Refreshing light to medium bodied, soothing bitterness, finishing off with biscuit, caramel, malt and hint of citrus.

1842 Island Imperial IPA 1842 Island Imperial IPA (Young Master Brewery, Hong Kong) Pour from 330ml bottle to glass. Cloudy amber tone with one inch head. Piney, caramel and fresh hop bouquet. Medium plus~ish, slight sweet on the finishing. Overall, a bold IPA almost like a DIPA. Spice, candied laced hoppy IPA.
