2016 SMALL AND SMALL Pinot Noir   2016 SMALL AND SMALL Pinot Noir (Marlborough, New Zealand) Alc 13.0%, Pinot Noir 100% This was from my lecturer's small production winery. Wines are not distributed in NZ, mainly export to Australia, America and UK. Clear Garnet. Red plums and berries. Refreshing, juicy and easy-going.

2003 Framingham Dry Riesling   2003 Framingham Dry Riesling (Marlborough, New Zealand) Alc 11.5%, 100% Riesling Tasted at cellar door and this was one of their library wine. Pale Amber. Toasty, lime peel, subtle turpene and cheese. Mellow acidity and well balanced.

2015 Spy Valley Riesling   2015 Spy Valley Riesling (Marlborough, New Zealand) Alc 13.0%, pH 3.15, TA 6.3 g/L, 100% Riesling Tasted at Cellar Door. Clear straw. Citrus peel, lime and lemon. Clean and bright acidity.

2017 Long Flat Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Long Flat Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (South East Australia) Alc 12.5%, Semillon Sauvignon Refreshing and Crispy, Citrus - Lemon and Grapefruit.

Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013   Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 (Napa Valley, USA) Alc , 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, RP94 WS 92 Deep garnet. Rich, bold, syrupy, eruption of red and black fruits, tobacco, vanilla and spices. Tannin was mellow given such vintage. Age for 15-30 years for more development in aroma and flavours.

黒龍 大吟醸 Kokuryu Daiginjo   黒龍 大吟醸 Kokuryu Daiginjo (Fukui, Japan) 100% Yamadanishiki Rice, 50% Polished, Alc 15% Light apple peach. Creamy creamy creamy mellow floral, finish dry. Clean, smooth and easy going.

2010 John Kosovich Semillon - Verdelho Autumn harvest 2010 John Kosovich Semillon - Verdelho Autumn harvest (Swan Valley, Perth, Australia) Alc 13.0%, Blend of late harvest Semillon and Verdelho. This wine was bought at cellar door. Easy going and delightful dessert wine. It reminds me of a Hungarian Tokaji.
